Terms and Conditions
- 70% deposit upon acceptance of quote
- Remaining 30% payable within 24 hours of job completion
- Quote valid for 30 days.
- Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE)
- Any unforeseen work will be added to total price.
- Larger jobs require both the mandatory deposit prior to work commencing along with progress payments.
- A 20% cancellation fee may be charged if a job is cancelled after the approval of a
- Any water pipes / electricity cables not pointed out by owner, we will not be held responsible for any damages.
- Ownership of the materials remains vested in JB De Wee Construction until such time as the full purchase price has been paid.
- We reserve the right to uplift or remove all goods reflected in a quoted and approved job if any of our terms and conditions are breached.
- Our staff are to be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
